Terms and Conditions of Use

By using the Blog Post Automatic-O services, operated by Iatec Servicos Empresariais LTDA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Blog Post Automatic-O generates and publishes blog articles with artificial intelligence, including writing, images, SEO optimization and publishing in the languages shown in the offer. Each subscription covers one site. Publishing on another site requires another subscription.

2. Monthly and annual subscription

The current public offer is the BlogPost plan. The amount charged is the one shown when you subscribe and at checkout.

Monthly. The monthly subscription renews each month. Where checkout is in US dollars, the current offer is US$49 per month. Canceling stops the next renewal. The period already paid remains available until it ends.

Annual. The annual period lasts 12 months and is charged in full at the start. Where checkout is in US dollars, the current offer is US$490 for that 12-month period: 12 months for the price of 10, with 2 months free. A per-month comparison may be shown only as a comparison. It is not a monthly charge and it is not 12 installments. Renewal is annual. Canceling cancels the next renewal. The annual period already paid remains available until it ends.

Cancellation. Canceling means canceling future renewal. It does not delete the account, revoke access immediately, turn publishing off at once, or create an automatic refund. The period already paid stays valid until it ends.

Refunds. Iatec does not promise voluntary refunds beyond applicable mandatory legal rights. Exceptions may be reviewed manually, case by case, and are not a general contractual right. Canceling renewal does not automatically create a prorated refund of the period already paid. These terms do not set specific legal deadlines.

3. Capacity, Experimente, and AI

The applicable limits and capacity are those shown in the offer, at checkout, or in the customer account, including preserved legacy conditions. When more than one language is generated, each generated language may use one unit of monthly capacity.

For new users, the Experimente offer includes 4 free publications in total, on 1 site, with no card. It is not a monthly allowance of 4 publications. Earlier free accounts may keep conditions that already apply to them. We do not promise deletion or permanent retention of content.

Platform AI is available on the free offer and on paid BlogPost. Your own AI key, when technically enabled, is optional. It is not required to subscribe.

Nonpayment, a dispute, or a refund does not, by itself, automatically delete the content in the account, without affecting applicable data retention and deletion rules.

4. Terms already in force

An already active subscription keeps the price and commercial terms from the date it was created, including legacy conditions, while it stays active on the same plan, unless otherwise agreed in writing. There is no required migration between older offers.

Changes published on the site apply to new subscriptions. If you change plans, the offer in force on that date applies. We do not silently worsen conditions: you will get notice and the option to cancel renewal.

5. Migration

When content migration is offered, the conditions are those agreed at signup and depend on technical feasibility. It is not a required move between older plans.

6. Content and responsibility

Content is generated by AI from the topics and guidelines you provide. You are responsible for reviewing content where applicable and for compliance with laws and third-party rights. We recommend human review for sensitive or regulated topics.

7. Content ownership

Content published on your blog belongs to you. The software, workflows and Blog Post Automatic-O platform remain our property.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and third-party services may cause temporary unavailability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blog Post Automatic-O is not liable for lost profits or SEO ranking results, which depend on external factors such as search algorithms and competition.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms periodically. Changes that affect price or billing for already active subscriptions follow section 4. Continued use after publication implies acceptance of the other updates.
